I’m trying to get back in the swing of posting here. So here’s a quick drive-by of a post highlighting mostly crochet projects I’ve made recently. Hoping to get the blogging juices flowing again.
Some Crochet Things I’ve Made
Here’s a quick and dirty round up of some projects I’ve crocheted recently. Please note: I originally wrote this before Ravelry made their updates that create difficulties for some users and the following links all point to Ravelry project pages. I hope to fix this in the future.

Some Projects I Want to Make
I just bought the pattern to make Jessie Mae’s Diaphanous Raglan…

…and then I went and bought yarn to knit it! Because I need more yarn!
(I do not need more yarn.)
I didn’t have any mohair-y yarn in my stash and I’ve been wanting to use any Julie Asselin yarn for a while know, so you know what, YOLO.
“YOLO” was also an excuse earlier this year to buy enough Wool and the Gang Ra-Ra Raffia to crochet this beach set.
And “YOLO” plus “Birthday Sale” to buy Gilliatt and Ulysse from Ysolda. The Ulysse is going to be a Tuileries Pullover and the Gilliatt is going to be a Woodwardia.
OH and there’s the De Rerum Natura Antigone that I bought to make the Davallia coverup AND I’ve already started it. (seriously, the spring 2019 issue of Pom Pom Magazine is killer; I also have stash yarn to knit Emily Greene’s Ginkgophyte).
So clearly, despite my best efforts, I’m still buying yarn to make myself feel better about various things, until such time as those things can change.
I’m not going to make any promises about getting back into blogging regularly because clearly that would be lying. I will say that I’m hoping to maybe make more appearances here.

[…] This is actually the second-and-a-half project I’ve made from this issue. The first being my Water Clover and the half being my still in-progress Davallia. I also have yarn to knit Woodwardia. I am […]
