Today’s the first day of National Blog Post Month, in which I’m attempting (along with many others) to post every day for the month. I did this last year and I enjoyed the challenge of coming up with something to share every day for thirty days.
And a challenge it is. In general I try to only post when I have something that I’ve deemed worth sharing. I don’t think so highly of my crafting life to believe that I have something Incredible to share every day for 30 days, so I hope you’ll bear with me for my rambling and whatnot.
I do hope to spend a few days introducing or reconnecting my usual readers with a few of my favorite crafty people. And of course we’ll have the weekly Friday finds—if you stumble across anything you think would make a good Friday finds inclusion, please let me know!
My goals for the month, in addition to posting every day, are to make some serious progress on my Chambourcin (my more manic side says “finish a whole sweater!” but that’s NaKniSweMo and I don’t think I’m quite up to that) and to knit my Nutkin socks. I have to come clean and admit that I started knitting the first sock yesterday, as I needed some small portable project to take with me while I was out of the office all day.
So that’s the plan! Are you participating in any of the November challenges—NaNoWriMo, NaKniSweMo, NaBloPoMo?
