There it is in all it’s unfinished glory—my mom’s Christmas cardigan. I wanted to get a photograph of it before I boxed it up. Yes, I am not actually finishing this cardigan right now. I want to make sure it fits her and she’s happy with it before I go finish the cabled edgings, sew them down, weave in all the ends, etc. So it’s boxed up and waiting for her to arrive and open it Christmas morning. And then I will be scurrying like mad to finish it.
I hope she likes it! And I hope it fits well; I would be really unhappy to have to have another late Christmas present, although hopefully it wouldn’t take me two years to re-do this.
